First let me apologize for not having posted on here in soooo long!!

But yay, Slaven is home from IRAQ!!!! I am so proud of my hero and of us for making it through the hardest 7 months of my life! Having him home is the most amazing thing in the world!! This picture is from our first hug in 7 months, the second best day of my life (so far)!! 

Currently, Slaven is on leave so he is home with me everyday...its so nice to just be able to do everything together and to put down my blackberry and leave it when we go out! :) 

I will update this more!

Home Sweet Home?

I am very excited!! My mom and I are leaving tomorrow for the weekend in North Carolina! :) We are going to look at houses, and hopefully find one to put an offer on!! YES thats right, we are going to purchase our FIRST home! We are really excited about it, and hope that everything works out! So i will be spending Valentines day with the Realtor and my mom :) Im excited!!

Also, Sunday will be 4 months down of this deployment! We only have 3 more months to go!! :) I can't believe I will be moving so soon!! :)

Teetering on the Edge of Goodbye and Hello...

We are offically half way done with this deployment as of today!!!! :) I am so excited!!

Approx: 106 days until he's home!! :)

3 months down! ♥

YAY!!! I can't believe that we finally reached 3 months down of this deployment! Its about time! I am so over it already! :) I feel like these have been the hardest couple of weeks because were in the "Middle Hole" as I call it, because hes been gone for a certain amount of time and hes going to be gone for that same amount of time so it's even on both sides...:( BUT in 2 weeks we will offically be HALF WAY DONE! and then the offical COUNTDOWN begins!! :)

I can't wait! :)

This is a picture of the flowers that Slaven sent me on the Monday before Christmas that lasted for 3 weeks!! :) I just threw them away on Sunday :)

2 months down! :)

Wow! I can't believe that its been 2 months that he's been gone, it feels like he just left yesterday!! :) So now only 5ish more months to go, other girls say that these middle months to come are the easiest and go by the quickest! Lets hope that's true cause i think im starting to bank on that! :)

Also we decided to give up on the base housing, it was moving way too fast for us and i would have been there by myself for a long time. So now my last offical day at work is going to be March 13th, I cant wait, im counting down the days until it comes. After that i will go to North Carolina and look at places off base. Its nicer to be able to create my own time table with moving, it makes it alot less stressful! :)

Just wanted to update quickly how everything is going :)
